As a female-led initiative, we are deeply committed to supporting women through every phase of life, including peri-menopause and menopause.
This is a time often overlooked in sport, yet it represents a powerful opportunity to reconnect with the body in new ways.
Through movement, women can improve physical health, manage symptoms, build strength, and rediscover confidence. Just as importantly, they can find community through spaces where experiences are shared openly, without stigma or silence.
