EQactive offers practical, movement-based emotional intelligence support for coaches, parents, children, teams and schools. From in-person workshops and individual coaching to assessments and facilitated group sessions.
EQactive Labs are in-person training sessions, designed for parents, coaches, children, teams, or any mix. You can pick a Standard Lab or request a bespoke one built to your needs.

EQactive One on One Coaching Sessions
EQactive one-on-one online coaching offers dedicated time to expand your understanding of EQ in sport, whether you come as a coach, a parent, a child, a school, a leader or a team.
Cost: R650
EQ Assessments
EQ Assessments use the Six Seconds SEI, a validated assessment measuring emotional intelligence across eight core competencies. For young people, we use the SEI Youth Version, designed for ages seven and up. Each assessment includes a debrief session to talk through your results.

EQactive Inner Circle
EQactive Inner Circle is a monthly online coaching circle where coaches come together to connect, work through the challenges they are facing and celebrate the wins along the way. We build an action plan for what lies ahead, exploring practical tools you can carry into your own coaching, drawn from the wisdom of the group to shape a strategy around you. It is a place to feel supported, especially through the tough conversations that come with parents and everything else this role brings.
Cost: R 300 per session
EQactive Cafe
EQactive Cafe is free and open to anyone. Every second month we gather online for ninety minutes to practice EQ and how it shows up in sport. These are practical sessions, you will work with real tools and grow your EQ skills, bringing emotional intelligence into the way we move, play and compete.
